DETAILS:The Wyoming Game and Fish Commission's next meeting is Nov. 14-15, 2017 and the public is invited to attend and provide input.



Cheyenne - The Wyoming Game and Fish Commission's next meeting is Nov. 14-15, 2017 and the public is invited to attend and provide input. The meeting will be held in Lovell at the Lovell Community Center, 1925 Highway 310.

Topics the Commission will address at this meeting include a proposal to update Chapter 30, which is the Regulation Governing Fur Dealers Chapter 59, which is the Regulation Governing Tanneries and Chapter 1, which is the Regulation Governing Access to Records as well as habitat and migration project applications for the Statewide Mule Deer Initiative Program. Game and Fish will also give informational presentations on moose research, white-nose syndrome and Wyoming's bats and the fishing reciprocity agreement at Flaming Gorge Reservoir. Other topics include updates on the public engagement and strategic planning process and the 2018 Wyoming Outdoor Expo.

In-person public comment opportunities are available during each specific agenda item and on any topic the public can speak to the Commission on Nov. 14 and 15 at the end of the day an agenda can be found on the Commission webpage. Game and Fish is also hosting an open house with commissioners and department staff following the Commission meeting beginning at 4 p.m on Nov. 14. Youth guests will have the opportunity to win donated lifetime licenses for Game Bird/Small Game/Fishing and Conservation Stamps. Youth must be present to win.
