Quite a few open water area's especially near goose island, lazy boy area's. I am not going out until I see safer ice condition's. Stoll area had from 4" ice to 6" but was melting pretty good on Tuesday.. Hope this help's...........
Stoll mountain was 9-11 inches, got one 20+ inch pike this morning. Moved to witchers ice was 10-12. Areas of open water near pressure ridges and close to islands. Be careful. Take your cleats or a helmet you choose. Bite was very very slow after the grand slam.

Was out yesterday 1/15/2018. Ice in the middle of the lake out from Cross Creek was 11 inches. Fished from sun up until 3:30. Had one bite and 2 lookers around 10:00 AM. Then another 3 or 4 lookers around 1 PM. They seemed more interested in the Kastmasters and SuperDupers than they did in the Shrimpos. Ice was really noisy. Sort of like popcorn popping.
