Tried to take the boat out yesterday. Motor wouldn't start, frustrating as I'd just got it out of the shop. Next week I'll be in Phoenix and fishing there. One or more days at Lake Pleasant. You see the picture of the 21 pound striper caught there this last week?

that sucks about the motor! I went through motor problems on a year old motor last year, turns out it was BAD BAD BAD gas in which caused the gas filter to be garbage. got it figured out just in time to winterize the boat.... It will be being de winterized with-in the month and we have to check the bearings because we are new boat owners and don't realize we needed to pack them every year...
doing the news today I seen the picture of that fish!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The humor to the motor was I took the boat to the shop Monday and the darn thing started on the first crank. I guess the motor must have drained the gas sitting on the drive (slanted) and with the freezing weather formed an air bubble or a bit of condensation froze in the line.
Anyhoo, we ran it around the pond at the shop a couple laps and it purred like a kitten. Looking forward to giving it a workout on Lake Pleasant this coming Monday.
